畢業於空軍官校46期

元智大學機械研究所碩士

國立臺灣大學EMBA碩士。

 

經歷：

傅將軍曾任空軍副總司令

國防部常務次長

國防大學空軍學院院長

空軍總部副參謀長。

 

現任：

中華全球和平華人聯合會副理事長

元智大學校友會 榮譽理事長

中華孫子兵法研究學會創會會長及兩岸華孫文化藝術基 金會董事長。

Gen. Fuh Wei-ku

Gen. Fuh Wei-ku is a graduate of Taiwan's Air Force Academy. He obtained his master's degree from the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of Yuan Ze University, and his EMBA from National Taiwan University.

 

Gen. Fu served as deputy commander-in-chief of the Air Force, executive deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense, dean of the Air Forc Academy of National Defense University, and deputy chief of staff of Ais Force Headquarters.

 

Gen. Fu currently serves as vice chairman of the Chinese People's Federation for World Peace Taiwan, honorary chairman of Yuan Ze University Alumni Association, founding chairman of Chinese Sun Tzu Art and Research Institute and chairman of the Cross-Strait Huasu Culture and Art Foundation. 

 

His research areas include high-dimensional strategy, the art of war Chinese traditional culture and cross-strait academic culture and art exchanges.
