Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1:

    In order to implement the purpose of Long Xiang Economic Development Foundation (Economic Development), the founder, Mr. Liu Changwei, has long been actively "advocating the green sea sharing economy", "building a harmonious homeland", and “the diplomatic brand of peaceful culture with pandas”. Under the foundation system, we established "Harmony & Synergy World Peace Council" which is collectively known as Harmony & Synergy World Peace (Earth) Association (abbreviation: Long Xiang Peace Commission).

 

To promote the harmony world:

1. Value human lives, care for people’s happiness, and protect the dignity of people and human rights.

2. Improve the justice of rights and the dignity of independent personality. Ensure freedom as human right and all human have equal rights.

 

Harmony & synergy world peace mission:

1. When people get along with each other, they need to have empathy and empathy for harmony.

2. Dealing with affairs requires mutual aid thinking for harmony.

3.For the protection of the earth, it is necessary to take the action of heart to heart as peace.

 

World brand and image:

1. Brand: odd Tumor panda, responsible for promoting world peace culture mission.

2. Brand: harmony & synergy culture panda, responsible for world peace culture public diplomatic ambassador.

3. Brand: smiley panda, responsible for world pace culture brand endorsement.

 

Peace mission and execution:

  1. Cooperate with Long Xiang Economic Development Foundation to anticipate the implementation and execution of a series of activities.

  2. Actively establish the Harmony & Synergy World Peace Branch of Member States.

3. Pursuing warmth on earth, social harmony, world peace, fortune, smooth life, peace and security.

 

Article 2:

     Established Harmony & Synergy World Peace Council (hereinafter referred to as the Long Xiang Harmony Commission), which will fully promoting Harmony & Synergy  World Peace Project with the support of Long Xiang and Harmony & Synergy Resources + National Branches, cooperating and working together for international peace culture and economic development, driving cultural public welfare cooperation projects, integrity sharing economy, promoting the world together, and peaceful plan to give back to the society.

 

Article 3:

Long Xiang Peace Committee is responsible for reviewing the plans proposed by the national branches. If it conforms to the interests of the general public and the purpose of the foundation, the foundation will provide necessary policy, technical, legal and financial assistance and supporting resources required by the plan to assist the national branches to complete their plans.

 

Chapter II. Long Xiang Peace Committee and Council Unit

Article 4:

Long Xiang Peace Committee is the core organization of the Association, with a total of five members. Two of the committee members are members of the Foundation. All five members have the right to vote, be elected, to be removed, to speak, to vote, and other legal rights.

 

The fifth:

Board of Directors: Any official or unofficial organization or group company that agrees with the Longxiang Economic Development Foundation’s peace plan and has been submitted to the Foundation’s directors for a resolution can be hired and joined Hehe World Peace. The governing unit of the committee serves as the peace committee.

 

Article 6: Cancel the status of Peace Commissioner

The loss of membership is as follows:

‧ Serve the written notice to the committee.

‧ As proposed by Long Xiang Peace Committee, two-thirds (2/3) of the majority of members will be removed by declaration.

 

Article 7: The right to leave a member

The retired members and their heirs have no right to recover the property of the foundation or Long Xiang Peace Committee.

 

Article 8:

Long Xiang Peace Committee members, appointed members, and peace committee members all have the right and obligation to abide by Long Xiang Peace Committee's management charter and foundation purpose, perform resolutions, attend various meetings within the conference, and take up post of the association.

 

Chapter III. Rights and Obligations

Article 9:

Article 10:

Article 11:

All committee members are unpaid and the term of office is three years. One executive director, one secretary-general, and secretary are paid after the club’s income.

 

Article 12:

Long Xiang Peace Committee takes the Peace Committee as the highest authority and convenes at least once every six months. If necessary, the Chief Executive proposes to convene it.

 

Article 13:

The committee's powers are as follows

1. Formulate and revise the management regulations of the team.

2. Decide on the budget and affairs of the association.

3. Proposal or resolution of other major issues.

4. The resolutions of the above clauses must be approved by the three members.

 

Article 14:

The Chief Executive's authority is as follows

1. Carry out the meeting affairs and committee resolutions as stipulated in the articles of association.

2. Coordinate and integrate the proposals of various research institutes.

3. Coordinate the operation of each branch.

4. Externally represent the Association.

5. Summarize our affairs.

 

Article 15:

Members of the Association and members at all levels, who violate the rules of the Association or government laws and regulations, shall be dismissed and responsible for all losses and related criminal liabilities.

 

Chapter IV. Financial economics and budget sources

Article 16: economic sources

Donations and subsidies from the above-mentioned first world brand and image trademark or animated film or other foundations, public institutions, group companies or non-official organizations are used as economic sources.

 

Article 17: Long Xiang peace committee account

Long Xiang Peace Committee is a subsidiary of the Long Xiang Economic Development Foundation, and the foundation will provide the basic expenses of the Harmony Committee according to the bank account book. TheHarmony & Synergy World   (Peace) and (Public Welfare) Development Fund uses blockchain technology as data disclosure. The expenses of Long Xiang Peace Committee and the development fund data will be delegated to the accountant for collation and public accounts.

 

Article18: dissolution of the Peace Committee

The liquidation of the dissolution will be sponsored by Long Xiang Peace Committee, and the special meeting will propose, only the foundation can decide whether to dissolve.

 

Article19: United Nations registration

Basic legal documents will strive to be registered with the United Nations unofficial organizations and become legal unofficial organizations.

 

Chapter V, Activities and Funds

Article 20:

The association, branch, and activities shall be planned and raised by themselves and submitted to the committee for approval.

 

Article 21:

The funds for various activities shall be subsidized by the immediate superior when necessary, and shall be partly sponsored by the personnel participating in the activities or externally donated.

 

Article 22:

All activities shall be settled according to invoices, receipts and other vouchers within three weeks after the end of the event, in addition to reporting the results of the activities.

 

Chapter VI. Supplementary Provisions

Article 23:

The members of this club and each branch must be reviewed and approved by Long Xiang Peace Committee before they can take effect and establish the management of each member's academic experience.

 

Article 24:

The above clauses and clauses are based on the contents of the foundation and the Longxiang peace Committee constitution, and the behavior of this association and each branch shall not conflict.

Article 25:

Matters not covered in this charter may be supplemented at any time, and will be implemented after the resolution of Long Xiang Peace Committee is adopted.
